VP of Sales

Job description

As a VP Sales you will be developing and achieving the sales goals and as well as develop the annual international sales plan. In this position you will work independently and you will be building a sales team.

You will need to have an entrepreneurial nature, thrive by taking ownership and be held accountable for driving sales within the company. This role requires proven sales successes, the eagerness to prospect all the way to closing deals, a winner’s mentality and strong communication skills to advocate with key stakeholders in sales processes.

Your key task will be to generate new (international) market opportunities & partnerships as well as expand the existing customer portfolio.

The specific challenges we can offer you is to:

  • Identify, acquire and sign-up new customers and partnerships and turn them into happy customers and reach targeted sales objectives.
  • Upselling existing customers and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with product development and business support teams to execute new business and renewal deals.
  • Provide suggestions to optimize quality and scalability in sales and customer success processes.
  • Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and report on progress to the CEO.
  • Develop and maintain initiatives in order to achieve up to date competitive analysis portfolio and marketing analytics.
  • Hire, coach and train the sales team to stretch their personal development and knowledge.
  • Support in company-wide customer growth projects and initiatives in collaboration with the CEO.

Job requirements

Do you have a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of senior sales position? A proven track record of executing sales in international scale up companies? And are you a hunter and have the ability to flex rules to get things done and acquire new business opportunities? If so, our CEO is keen to get acquainted with you!
