Job description

As a Marketing Manager you will be developing and achieving the marketing goals and as well as develop the marketing strategy for the upcoming year(s). In this position you will work independently and you will be overseeing the marketing department. Lead-by-example is key to inspire the team and boost creativity.


You will need to have an entrepreneurial nature, thrive by taking ownership and be held accountable for driving marketing within the company. This role requires solid marketing knowledge, the ability to apply ‘raw’ concepts from inception stage to completion, thinking of ways that marketing can contribute to the vision of the company and be ahead of the curve in the market.

Your key task will be to create and execute our marketing strategy and strengthen our market position.


The specific challenges we can offer you is to:

  • Take responsibility for the annual marketing plan, strategy and team.
  • Develop and improve on existing marketing activities to get the maximum ROI out of marketing efforts.
  • Implement and coordinate marketing campaigns, brand positioning and go-to-marketing strategies with a hands-on mindset 
  • Track progress and impact on all marketing activities and report into the Management Team the progress in metrics and improvements.
  • Hire, coach and train the marketing team to stretch their personal development and knowledge.
  • Pro-actively communicate within the company to ensure that all marketing efforts connect with product development and business teams.


Job requirements

Do you have a bachelor’s degree in marketing with at least 5 years of experience taking the lead marketing position? A proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies in international scale up companies? And are creativity, motivation to achieve and strong communication skills your key talents we are keen to talk to you!
